The Agency Development Department continues to make strides to form the best possible team of experts for our members! Tony Caldwell, OAA CEO, has some exciting announcements to share about a couple new faces on the AD team.
New Team Member Updates
Jeana Courtois
Jeana Courtois has officially made a transition in our company to Agency Development. Her specialty in operational management could be a great help to your insurance agency.
Another new member of the Agency Development team is Ryan McLaughlin. He is an Agency Development Field Specialist and is an expert in commercial business.

Ryan McLaughlin is a terrific new hire that we have made recently at OAA. Ryan's had a long career in producing successfully commercial insurance businesses and has joined our Agency Development Team. One of the things that Ryan is doing is leading the charge in Business Insurance Advantage at SIAA's Training Program for people who want to learn how to write commercial insurance successfully. Both BIA and Ryan can be a big help to you or your producers if you're interested in growing your commercial insurance business. Tony Caldwell
Tony Caldwell is a modern “renaissance man,” who is not only immensely successful in the field of insurance, but is also a writer, children’s advocate, mentor and even a licensed pilot.

Tony and his family are members of Crossings Community Church, and he is very active in community initiatives: he’s chairman of It’s My Community Initiative, Inc., a nonprofit working with disadvantaged people in Oklahoma City; and chairman of the Oklahoma Board of Juvenile Affairs., and he has served through many other organizations including the Salvation Army, Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the Rotary Club.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys time with his family. He’s also an active outdoorsman and instrument-rated commercial pilot.
