A Message from Tony Caldwell
Dear Members and Insurance Company Partners,
One Agents Alliance (OAA) is closing its offices effective at noon CDT March 16th, 2020. We do not take this action lightly or without a great deal of careful thought. Some may think we are premature; others may not see the need for this action. However, given the careful study of the virus’ progression around the world, it is clear that the only effective means of preventing its spread is personal isolation. While the civil authorities have not yet announced mandatory quarantining for anyone (they very well may soon) they are unanimous in calling for employees to work from home if they are able to. We are able to and are responding to that call.
We are not suspending our operations. We will, however, be working remotely from our homes to ensure that your agency can continue to operate uninterrupted.
Finally, please accept our entire team’s best wishes for you and your employees during this trying time. No one knows how long it will last or what the ultimate impacts will be. But regardless of what they are, we care for you and we want to do what we can to be helpful.
