LaDonna takes great pride in OAA’s mission, and what the company does day in and day out to give agents who dream of starting an agency the ability to do so.
Since joining the company in 2013, LaDonna’s been dedicated to helping build not only new agencies by bringing them into the OAA fold, but working with existing Independents to achieve their goals. She has a total of 14 years in sales and marketing. An interesting tidbit is that she also holds a degree in auto body repair and refinishing!
She feels that OAA’s experience in starting and running independently, our members can grow faster and if they engage and take in our coaching they can avoid many pitfalls that can come with running a business. She sees OAA as a “dream factory,” putting our members first, with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
When she’s not helping run the OAA dream factory, LaDonna is busy with her youngest son, who aspires to be a BMX freestyle rider, shooting photos and videos while traveling the country to contests. She also mentors young athletes at Action Sports Camp in Woodward, PA, helping them achieve their goals.
