Marsha joined our Oklahoma City Office in 2019 to coach member agencies on profitability and growth, bringing with her 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, working on high-profile accounts teams, agency operations management and manager of commercial accounts.
As director of agency development, Marsha also provides agency management and business analytics to customize and personalize growth plans for our members so they can create the agency of their dreams. She’s also a member of Insurance Agents Council for Technology, the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, Women in Insurance Global Network, IAOO, and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
When she’s not thinking about how to help our members achieve and exceed their goals, she enjoys live music, time with friends and family, travel and anything to do with her dog, Bravo T. Happydog.
She also enjoys spending time with her niece, who has overcome many obstacles and who is a special point of pride. Marsha volunteers and fundraises for the March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Project Secret Santa, Pine Pantry, SISU, and Backpacks for the Homeless.
